By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 22ph2 platform, you confirm
that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this document.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player,"
"User," or "you") and 22ph2 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using

markets, promotions, and support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
22ph2 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made,
the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform
after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your
responsibility to review this page periodically.
If you are accessing 22ph2 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have the
authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
2 Eligibility
To register and play at 22ph2, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of
registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
- You are a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines, or you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any of the above of 22ph2 or any of its affiliated service providers.
- You are not a self-excluded player or a player subject to any restriction that prohibits online gaming activity.
- You have not previously had a 22ph2 account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
22ph2 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to
provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension
and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
3 Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one active account at 22ph2. Creating
multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment
methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated
accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
When you register at 22ph2, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal
information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID,
a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
— your username and password. 22ph2 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 22ph2 support
immediately at support@22ph2.net.
Note for Filipino players: 22ph2 uses your registered mobile number as a key
identifier. Ensure the number you register is active and accessible to you. Mobile number
verification is required to complete registration and process withdrawals.
22ph2 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where the information provided is found
to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, with or without prior notice.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions at 22ph2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform
accepts the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay,
PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking,
and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards.
Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are typically credited
to your 22ph2 wallet immediately. Processing times may vary for bank transfers and card
transactions depending on your financial institution. 22ph2 does not charge deposit fees,
though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 22ph2 within one hour of
submission during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM PHT). Requests submitted outside
these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. Before your first
withdrawal is approved, 22ph2 may require identity verification to comply with anti-money
laundering requirements.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱500
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
- 22ph2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
- Bonuses must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
22ph2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity
verification, fraud investigation, or review of suspected Terms violations.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
22ph2 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload
bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and enhanced odds. Each promotion is governed by its own
specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict
between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
General bonus rules that apply to all 22ph2 promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- 22ph2 reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings if abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus mechanics is suspected.
- Players who registered using a bonus code must complete verification before their first bonus withdrawal is processed.

6 Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement
All games available at 22ph2 — including casino games, sports betting markets, virtual sports,
and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface
or betting market. By placing a bet or starting a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and
understood the applicable rules.
Bets placed at 22ph2 are final once confirmed. 22ph2 does not accept cancellation requests
for bets that have already been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a
technical error has demonstrably affected the bet in question.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or betting market, 22ph2 reserves
the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. Payouts resulting from
erroneous odds, technical errors, or incorrectly displayed game information are not binding
on 22ph2 and may be reversed.
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently audited.
- Sports betting results are settled based on official competition results from recognised governing bodies.
- Virtual sports outcomes are generated by certified RNG and are not influenced by real-world events.
- In the event of a dispute over settlement, the decision of 22ph2 is final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 14.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 22ph2 and will result in immediate account
suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and cheating: Using software exploits, bots, automated betting systems, or any tool that manipulates game outcomes or provides an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate poker hands, sports outcomes, or any other game result in a way that exploits the platform.
- Money laundering: Using 22ph2 to process, layer, or disguise proceeds of illegal activity. The platform cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and authorities.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to claim bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade restrictions.
- Underage gaming: Allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access or use a 22ph2 account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after genuine gambling losses.
- Identity misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person.
Where 22ph2 has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, the platform reserves the
right to freeze the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and cooperate with law
enforcement authorities as required.
8 Responsible Gaming
22ph2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. The
platform provides the following tools accessible directly from your account settings:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
- Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
- Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account from gaming activity. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
By creating a 22ph2 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal
data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your data rights — including access,
correction, and deletion requests — by contacting support@22ph2.net.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the 22ph2 website — including but not limited to logos, branding, game graphics,
animations, written content, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of 22ph2
or its licensed content partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or
commercial use of any 22ph2 content is strictly prohibited.
The 22ph2 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Using the 22ph2
brand name, logo, or any variation thereof without prior written consent is not permitted.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22ph2 shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform,
including but not limited to losses resulting from:
- Gaming losses, regardless of cause
- Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
- Events beyond 22ph2's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters
In all cases, 22ph2's total liability to any player shall not exceed the value of funds held
in that player's 22ph2 wallet at the time the claim arises.
12 Amendments to These Terms
22ph2 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time
without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at
https://22ph2.net/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the date of
the most recent revision.
Your continued use of 22ph2 following any change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of
the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using the platform
and contact 22ph2 support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
For significant changes that affect player rights or financial terms, 22ph2 will make reasonable
efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file.
13 Account Suspension and Termination
22ph2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole
discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any clause within these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Repeated violations of responsible gaming limits in a manner that suggests severe gaming disorder
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, 22ph2 reserves the right to withhold funds
pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will
not be returned.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their 22ph2 account should contact support at
support@22ph2.net. Any available balance will be returned via the player's registered
withdrawal method after standard verification procedures are completed.
14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from your use of 22ph2 that cannot be resolved through direct communication
with our support team shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 22ph2 support at
support@22ph2.net and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for 22ph2 to investigate and
respond. Most disputes can be resolved directly and efficiently at this stage without the
need for formal escalation.
For complaints regarding game outcomes specifically, the decision of the 22ph2 technical
review team — based on server-side game logs — shall be final and binding, subject to any
mandatory consumer protections under Philippine law.
